D90 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the d90 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and d90 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the d90 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the d90 platform immediately. Continued use following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. d90 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify users via in-platform notifications or their registered email address.

This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and accept full responsibility for all activity carried out under your account.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the d90 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using different information or different devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, a valid phone number, and any other verification details requested. d90 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly during withdrawal processing.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. d90 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact d90 support immediately and change your password.

  • Your password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone.
  • Users are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication for added security.
  • Do not log in on public devices or untrusted Wi-Fi networks.
  • Contact support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

D90 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Any use of the platform for fraudulent, manipulative, or otherwise unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited conduct on the d90 platform includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Sharing account credentials or transferring account ownership to another party.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, including falsifying registration or payment information.
  • Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Harassing, threatening, or insulting support staff or other users.
  • Using another person's account or unauthorised payment details.

D90 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious behaviour and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the d90 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. d90 does not accept payments via third-party methods or accounts.

Deposits are processed in real time, subject to the chosen payment method. d90 supports a range of deposit options including FPX, local e-wallets, and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by method and are subject to change in line with the platform's current policies.

For withdrawals, users may be required to submit identity verification documents before the request is processed. d90 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal that does not meet verification requirements or is suspected to involve fraudulent activity. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between 1 and 5 business days in certain circumstances.

Any bonus or promotional credit credited to a user's account is subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements set by d90. Users must fulfil these rollover requirements before any bonus-related withdrawals are permitted.

Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy

D90 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully meet every user's needs. d90 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

D90 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

  • The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
  • There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • The user provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Account inactive beyond the specified period with no activity.
  • At the user's own request to close their account.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, d90 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Users will be notified via email or platform notification of any action taken against their account.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the d90 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of d90 and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any platform content without prior written consent from d90.

The d90 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for user convenience. d90 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
